13) Visualization

Do you know how to remember the sequence of hues in a rainbow?
The sequence of visible spectrums can be memorized like a man’s name as ‘Roy G Biv’.

A scientific explanation of how we can ‘see’ things is;
When an object is illuminated with a ray of light, the wavelength of light and how it delivered to the objects create colors we recognize. The invisible red wavelength is known as infrared rays and the violet one is UV rays.

But, when it comes to ‘see’ things through ISO standards, it’s nothing to do with science but with visualization for proof and documentation for comprehensive understandings for everybody.

In short, ‘Visualization for reliability’. That is one of the fundaments of ISO, in line with safety labels on products to ensure safety and being a global standards .

Imagine you come across a stranger. When you have to judge a person through the first impression and its appearances, your intuition is not always right.
For instance, even though a man in a suit says “I’m detective.” , you might not trust in him immedialy.

But once he shows his police officer’s ID and you confirm the person in front of you is exactly the same as the photo in the ID, you feel secure with the man without doubt.

Proof of identity like police officer’s ID.
That is the most essential fundament for ‘Visualization’.

Even if you haven’t heard of the name of a company, an ISO label at the corner of its business card can give you ‘trustworthiness and assurance’.
Yes, ‘ISO’ is the global standards of visualized reliability’.

But, how can an ISO prove rationalizations and transparency of organizational structures?

Here you go, now you are making a first step of developing ISO Management System Standards.
